Day 13 - Grouse Mountain/ Rugby

The Grouse Mountain is a huge tourist attraction in Vancouver, The mountain rises above the Capilano river and access is via a cable car to the 1250 metre summit. Once again we took the high ride and arrived safely at the top
At the summit, there are wolves and 4 Grizzly Bears that have been rescued from the wild after there mother died and it was felt that they woud have died in the wild.
We first found them asleep, but Tiger and Dave returned later and found two of them awake.
We then went on a cable car ride as the moutain is a popular ski resort in winter.
A birds of prey and lumberjack demonstration were fun to watch before we left to drive to Abbertsford to watch the rugby......
