Today we left Kamloops to head south west for Vancouver. the 350km journey took around 3.5 hours. We had breakfast at our new favourite Canadian coffee bar and have started collecting Tim Horton mugs - much to Tiger's disgust and Dave's delight - he, however then left his newly acquired mug in the sink of the last hotel!.
After checking in at the Happy Days Inn, Vancouver, we then drove to the Capilano suspension bridge, a walkable bridge in between the Rain forest and dangling 70 meters above the Capilano Gorge. The bridge is 137 meters long and is the longest in the world, a huge tourist attraction of Vancouver.
Not for the faint hearted, but celebrity crossers include; Marilyn Munro, Katherine Hepburn and The Rolling Stones.
It was certainly a new experienceand was very wobbly in places - however, we have all lived to tell the tale!
